Hi, I'm Vicky

Thanks for taking the time to check out my page. I'm a SF Bay Area photographer specializing in family portraits, personal branding, newborn photography, and intimate event coverage.

My real name is actually Vicky Nguyen, but that's boring and no one ever pronounces it correctly. Plus, there's that other Vicky Nguyen who is a much more successful journalist than I am. We don't talk about her.

I, on the other hand, have over a decade of experience in lifestyle portraiture and a background in communication and journalism. If you look at my work, you'll see that I try to capture people in motion or in their emotions. Portraiture isn't about capturing a pretty picture; I want to document people as they are at their best selves, telling their stories in their own ways.

In my spare time, I like to read books, play video games, belt karaoke, and eat carb heavy foods.
